This coming Wednesday 7th June, NTU Rugby Union will be taking the field against NTU Rugby League, in the hope that we can beat them at their own game. The stakes are high (especially for the League boys), and we promise an aggressive contest.
The game will be played in the loving memory of Zac Forskitt. Zac was a student at Nottingham Trent University until 13th March 2016, when he sadly lost his fight against two rare forms of cancer. Zac was a lover of sport and played both cricket and rugby from a young age. The day will be dedicated to him and all proceeds will be donated to the “BacZac His Legacy” charity. Any donations from the link below would be appreciated.
This is the first time in Trent history that Union and League have gone head to head, and the game will be played on pitch 1 at Clifton Campus, 1pm kick off. It’s the last week of term, and we are hoping for some good weather. So if you are finally free from the worries of exams and deadlines, please come and show your support for a great cause.
